Full Day
Students will become familiar with the Outlook 2007 interface. They will learn how to address, create and send messages. They will learn how to create personal distribution lists, and recall and store messages. They will use the Calendar to create and edit appointments. Students will create and edit items in the contact view. They will create, edit and assign tasks.
All students should have Windows experience.

Advanced Outlook 2007
Full Day
Students will learn how to sort, filter, and group items; use and create Outlook templates and forms; and share information by using public folders and Net Folders. Students will also learn how to share and fax contacts, automatically record activities in the Journal, and customize the Outlook environment. Students should have a basic understanding of Windows 95/98 or NT and the Internet and the basic features of Outlook 2007.
